1. 產(chǎn)品選用須知
1. HFL特別適用于VFD或其它6 脈沖整流器電源的輸入端，幾乎消除了諧波畸變；

2. HFL實現(xiàn)更優(yōu)秀的THDI性能，提高電能效率，會讓您的系統(tǒng)完全滿足諧波標準（IEEE-519、EN61000-3-2等）要求

3. HFL的所有電氣安裝和維護工作應(yīng)該由具備資格的電氣工程師操作，HFL和連接裝置必須接地；
All electrical installation and maintenance work at the HFL should be performed by a qualified electrical engineer, and the HFL and connection devices must be grounded
4. HFL切斷電源后，需要等中間回路電容自行放電3分鐘，對前后級操作前，請使用萬用表確認HFL進出端子是否已經(jīng)放電完畢；

7. HFL選擇指導(dǎo)：(HFL Selection Guide)
1） HFL額定電流（HFLRated current）：
為了發(fā)揮HFL的最優(yōu)濾波性能，在選擇合適的HFL時，請根據(jù)變頻器所帶負載功率來選，以確定HFL的額定電流。

計算式（Calculation formula）：Irms=Pload/(Urms* EM * EVFD * EHFL *√3)
例（example）：
電網(wǎng)電壓(Urms): 380V
電網(wǎng)頻率（F）: 50Hz
電機功率(Pload): 160kW
電機效率(EM): 92%
變頻器效率(EVFD): 95%
HFL最低效率（EHFL）: 96%
根據(jù)上述計算式得：290A，選擇大于或等于290A諧波濾波器（HFL05-0304A4005，額定電流304A）,實測結(jié)果如下：

1） 電容投切用接觸器(Capacitive switching contactor)：
HFL濾波器在無負載的情況下，功率因數(shù)為0，電容器將產(chǎn)生約30%的超前無功電流。在無功電流不可接受的應(yīng)用情況下，可將交付默認短接端子X1/Y1/Z1與X2/Y2/Z2斷開。另外，直接由發(fā)電機供電的系統(tǒng)，在設(shè)計中考慮無功電流非常重要，因為在無負載或低負載運行時，無功電流可使發(fā)電機過勵磁以致發(fā)電機輸出電壓升高，超過HFL和變頻器的允許電壓值。因此，在發(fā)電機直供電源電路中務(wù)必使用電容斷路接觸器。
HFL filters in the case of no load, the power factor is 0, the capacitor will produce about 30% of the lead reactive current. The delivery default shorting terminals X1/Y1/Z1 and X2/Y2/Z2 can be disconnected in an application where the reactive current is unacceptable. In addition, it is important to consider reactive current in the design of systems powered directly by the generator, because during no-load or low-load operation, reactive current can overexcite the generator so that the output voltage of the generator increases beyond the allowable voltage values of the HFL and frequency converter. Therefore, it is necessary to use capacitive break contactors in the generator direct supply source circuit.
建議：10%-20%負載時投切電容模組，重新投入電容時須間隔最少30S。
Suggestion: Switch the capacitor module when the load is 10%-20%, and reinsert the capacitor at least 30 seconds.
接觸器額定電流選擇：HFL額定電流50%以上（AC3型）
Selection of rated current of contactor：HFL rated current above 50% (AC3 type)
例：HFL05-0304A4005選擇接觸器的額定電流最小值為304*0.5=152A

注意：使用接觸器投&切電容模組時，絕不能在全負載時連接電容，或在無負載時斷開電容。

2） 電流保險絲（Current fuse）：
電流保險絲額定電流選擇范圍：1.8~2.5倍HFL額定電流

例：HFL05-0304A4H5選擇電流保險絲額定電流范圍為304*1.8~2.5=547~760A
